To apply Lip Filler, click pen to dispense product, then smooth onto bare lips, top and bottom, starting at the center and working outwards. Stay inside the natural lip line, and avoid the corners. Give each layer a few seconds to fully absorb before applying the next layer. Make sure not to rub your lips together until the product has completely dried. You may feel a slight tingling sensation upon application. If tingling continues for more than three minutes, rinse lips with water. Apply Lip Conditioner to lips as needed.
