If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased on iderma.com, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund of the cost of the item(s)*. Shipping fees will be refunded only on orders that the original item(s) were damaged. All other shipping fees are non-refundable.
* The item must contain at least 3/4 of the original product. We cannot accept returns on makeup (GloMinerals, Susan Posnick, ColoreScience) products.
Prior authorization is required on all returns. We cannot accept any return without prior authorization. To obtain authorization for a refund, please email customerservice@iderma.com . If returning merchandise, you must include all parts, pieces, and printed material in order to be eligible for a refund. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Iderma.
Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed.
